- 1 Jigger
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Martini Glass
Ingredients
- 100 ml Pineapple Juice
- 50 ml Premium Gin – we used Sir Edmonds Vanilla Bourbon Gin
- 30 ml Coconut Rum
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
- ice
Instructions
- Add Ice to cocktail shaker
- Add Pineapple Juice, Gin and Coconut Rum to cocktail shaker
- Shake well. Strain and pour in to Martini glass of choice
- Garnish with Pineapple wedge
