The Lucky Clover Gin Cocktail Recipe
If you are a fan gin based cocktails with Blue Curcaco, such as the 'Blue Saphire' then you must go the The Lucky Clover a go. The blend of Gin, Martini Bianco and Blue Curcaco give a strong base with a complex flavour profile of juniper, herbal, vanilla and honey with fruity notes of Orange and top notes of lime! Yum!
Equipment
- 1 Jigger
- 1 Tall Glass
- 1 Cocktail Stirrer
Ingredients
- 40 ml Blue Curaçao
- 50 ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 50 ml McQueen and the Violet Fog Gin
- 1/2 Lime
- 20 ml Martini Bianco
- Top with Tonic
- 1/4 Lime for Garnish
Instructions
- Add ice to glass and stir until chilled
- Add Blue Curacao, Orange, Gin, Martini, Lime to Glass
- Stir until mixed
- Top with premium tonic such as Fever-Tree
- Add Lime for Garnish
