Add the Ingredients: Pour in 50ml of Sipsmith FreeGlider, 20ml of fresh lemon juice, 15ml of sugar syrup, and your egg white or 15ml egg white substitute.
Dry Shake: Without ice, shake the ingredients vigorously to create a rich, foamy texture.
Shake with Ice: Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill the cocktail.
Strain and Serve: Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass to remove any pulp or ice shards.
Garnish: Garnish with a fresh raspberry on top for an elegant finish.
